We ship throughout Uruguayan territory.

Shipments will be free across the country for purchases in excess of the 200 US dollars, for smaller amounts we will charge you 7 additional dollars for shipping.

Deliveries of orders within Montevideo and Metropolitan Area (Route 5 to Las Piedras, Route 8 up to Pando, City of the Coast to the Pinar), monday to Friday 9 To 13 or 14 To 19, or on Saturdays 9 4 p.m..

The order can be received by anyone at the agreed address by presenting their ID.

Once confirmed the order cannot be modified.

All our shipments outside Montevideo and Metropolitan Zone are made through DAC, with a delay of between 48 72 hours after the order has been placed and confirmed payment.

Means of payment

You will be able to pay for your purchases on our site securely through Mercado Pago.

Changes and Returns

At Tandem we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so you'll have a deadline to make returns 5 working days from the date of delivery of the product. Within this period you will need to send an email to tienda@tandem.uy indicating the purchase details and the
reasons for return.

You'll be able to make product changes with a deadline of 30 days from the date of delivery of the same. In case we don't have stock of the product of your choice, we will make a voucher for the equivalent value valid for 180 Days.
Both exchanges and returns will be processed directly at the Tandem commercial premises, on Constituent Street 2039, Montevideo.

As a customer you are responsible for the shipping costs generated by the exchanges and returns, except in the case of a change due to a product defect or if the product received does not match the one you selected at the time of purchase.

To make changes or returns you must present your proof of purchase and in addition the product must be unused and in its original packaging as it was delivered to you, except as far as verification of the same.

For Montevideo and Metropolitan Area (Route 5 to Las Piedras, Route 8 up to Pando, City of the Coast to the Pinar), orders that are credited on business day until 5pm will be delivered the next business day. For shipments outside the area above detailed, will be delivered within a period of 48 72 hours skilled through DAC.
Please note that each order can only be delivered in one place and, once dispatched, the order cannot be redirected.
